TORONTO, June 29, 2010, NTG Clarity Networks Inc., (TSX VENTURE:NCI), is pleased to announce that the company has received a 6 Million Saudi Riyals (approx $1.7 million CDN) Letter of Intent for Systems Integration, Interface Development and Data Migration with a leading Telecom Operator in the Middle East Gulf area.

NTG will perform the integration of the inventory system with Network Management systems and other OSS systems. This project will also involve the migration of data to the inventory system. It is expected that work for this LOI will be performed over the next 12 months.

The recent series of International contracts awarded to NTG is the result of its successful marketing and branding initiatives to increase awareness of the companys leadership and expertise in the areas of Telecom, Networking and IT. As telecom operators are upgrading their systems to provide new services, Systems Integration and Data Migration becomes an important growth area and NTG has proven itself to be a leader in this field.
