TORONTO, February 10, 2009, NTG Clarity Networks Inc., (TSX VENTURE:NCI) a leader in delivering network, IT and infrastructure solutions, today announced that it has signed a Shareholders Agreement with Al Mozoon Group Architectural Contracting to open a Joint Venture company called NTG Clarity Arabia. The company will provide telecommunications and information technology consulting services and products in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
