first quarter
2005 revenues
of $1,554,315,
a decrease
of 30% from
the same period
last year.
(All amounts
in Canadian
dollars).
This decrease
was due mainly
to the elimination
of the Field
Services business
unit which
was not yielding
satisfactory
results.
The Company
reported a
net income
for the three
months ended
March 31,
2005 of $38,233
compared to
a net income
of $66,981
for the comparable
period last
year.
