- NTG Clarity
Networks Inc.
announced
that it has
signed a letter
of intent
with the Egyptian
Networks Company
(EgyNet),
a national
data services
provider in
Egypt, to
deploy its
NTS OSS solution
to manage
EgyNet’s
growing data
services business.
NTG’s
Network Telecom
System (NTS)
is a fully
integrated
Operations
Support System
(OSS) with
a lower total
cost of ownership
and a significantly
shorter deployment
time than
conventional
OSS solutions.

to manage
the full customer
service cycle
from initial
order request
through network
equipment
configuration
to implementation

maintenance,”

On an unrelated
matter, NTG
Clarity Networks
Inc. announced
Hatim Zaghloul
has resigned
his position
as a director
of NTG. Mr.
Zaghloul stated
that this
is for personal
reasons as
he would like
to spend more
time with
his family. |
