signed a contract
with Egypt’s
leading data
services provider,
Raya Telecom,
to deploy
its NTS OSS
solution to
manage Raya’s
growing data
services business.
With more
than 300 corporate
customers
on its nationwide
public data
network, Raya
Telecom was
looking for
comprehensive
functionality
that supports
the integration
of its state-of-the-art
Network Operating
Center (NOC)
and Multi
Protocol Label
Switching
(MPLS) network
with the full
operations
cycle to deliver
an enhanced
customer experience.
NTG’s
Network Telecom
System (NTS)
is a fully
integrated
Operations
Support System
(OSS) with
a lower total
cost of ownership
and a significantly
shorter deployment
time than
conventional
OSS solutions.
Designed to
meet the needs
of fast growing
network service
providers
like Raya
Telecom, NTS’
functionality
encompasses
the full customer
service cycle
from the initial
order request
through network
equipment
configuration
to implementation
support and
maintenance.
