last year.

The Company
reported a
net income
for the three
months ended
September
30,2002 of
$5,507 compared
to a net loss
of $ 659,460
for the comparable
period last
year. This
was achieved
through continued
efforts of
the company
to reduce
overhead expenses
and to adjust
operating
costs to reduced
revenue levels. |
