CALGARY, June 25, 2002 - NTG Clarity Networks Inc. (TSX-V: NCI), a leader in delivering network, IT and infrastructure solutions, today announced the following organizational changes.

In addition to his current responsibilities as Executive Vice President, Strategic Planning, William Catalano is appointed Chief Financial Officer of the company. Barry Sadrehashemi resigned his position as Chief Financial Officer to pursue other interests.

Magdy Makhlouf is appointed Executive Vice President Western Canada and will focus on increasing business and profitability in the West.

Essam Zaghloul has moved to an advisory role and is no longer an officer of the company.

"These changes, along with a recent 10% reduction in staff, positions the company to be profitable in the third quarter", said Ashraf Zaghloul, Chairman of the Board and CEO.
