Toronto Hydro
Telecom Inc.,

that Toronto
Hydro Telecom
has deployed
NTG's integrated
operations
support system
(OSS) software.
The OSS will
manage customer
orders, network
inventory,
service provisioning
and trouble
ticketing.
The system
will support
existing dark
fibre as well
as the new
services that
Toronto Hydro
Telecom is
delivering
on its next
generation
SONET network
including
Metro LAN,
Private Line,
Dedicated
Internet Access
and Data Centre
Collocation.
