TORONTO, Ontario, June 20, 2002 - Toronto Hydro Telecom Inc., a Toronto based Competitive Access Provider, and NTG Clarity Networks Inc, a leading provider of network, IT and infrastructure services and solutions, today announced that Toronto Hydro Telecom has deployed NTG's integrated operations support system (OSS) software. The OSS will manage customer orders, network inventory, service provisioning and trouble ticketing. The system will support existing dark fibre as well as the new services that Toronto Hydro Telecom is delivering on its next generation SONET network including Metro LAN, Private Line, Dedicated Internet Access and Data Centre Collocation.

NTG Clarity's OSS provides an integrated suite of applications to enable customer information management, order management, network inventory maintenance, capacity management, service provisioning, service management and trouble ticketing. Customized reporting is available to track the performance of any of these applications. The user-friendly screens are also designed to meet the information requirements of both the technical engineer and the customer service representative.
