today announced
the following
organizational
changes:
In addition
to his current
responsibilities
as Chairman
and Chief
Executive
Officer, Ashraf
Zaghloul is
appointed
President
of the company
on an interim
basis. Ashraf
while providing
the overall
direction
and strategy
and working
to achieve
our vision
of being the
premiere Networks
services provider,
will focus
his efforts
in Eastern
Canada to
increase our
market share
and return
to profitability.
Essam Zaghloul
is appointed
Executive
Vice President
Western Canada
and will focus
on increasing
business and
profitability
in the West.
Essam will
also continue
to be responsible
for Investor
Relations.
These changes
will enable
each region
to maximize
their respective
revenue and
profit objectives
and provide
a unified
direction
to the company. |
