NTG Clarity
Networks Inc.,
a leading

announced
today that
Barry Sadrehashemi
CA has joined
the company
as its new
Chief Financial
Officer (CFO).
Sadrehashemi
is replacing
Robert Chittick,
who was acting
CFO on an
interim basis.
Sadrehashemi
brings more
than 25 years
of financial
experience
to his new
appointment,
where he will
manage Accounting
and Financial
Planning as
NTG Clarity
continues
to pursue
a growth strategy.
Sadrehashemi
comes to NTG
Clarity from
Pheromone
Sciences Corporation
(PHS.V) where
he was Chief
Financial
Officer since
2000. Before
this, Sadrehashemi
served as
Senior Financial
Advisor for
Talisman Energy,
Corporate
Controller
for Arakis
Energy Corporation,
and Vice President
Alternative
Delivery Sales
for Alberta
Treasury Branches.
Sadrehashemi
also teaches
part-time
at the University
of Calgary
Faculty of
Management.
After earning
his BSc Honors
from Salford
University
in the UK,
Sadrehashemi
became a member
of the Institute
of Chartered
Accountants
in England
and Wales
in 1971. He
is currently
Fellow of
the Institute
of Chartered
Accountants
in England
and Wales
(FCA). He
became a member
of the Institute
of Chartered
Accountants
Alberta (CA)
in 1982 and
became a Certified
Information
System Auditor
(CISA) in
1990.

development,
