Ashraf Zaghloul : Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board
  Ashraf Zaghloul founded NTG International in 1992. He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, and Communications from the University of Cairo and a M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Manitoba. He has been involved with information technology and communications since 1981. Ashraf has held senior management positions at, and consulted to, many major private and public sector corporations in the areas of data and voice networks, and Internet/Intranet.
 
 
Kristine Lewis : President
  Kristine Lewis has extensive experience in the management and operation in the IT and telecom industry. She has been involved in the management of NTG since its foundation in 1992.
 
 
Allen Fournier : Vice President, Customer Support and Quality Management
  Allen Allen Fournier is a seasoned senior manager with over 28 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry. His roles included Director of Network Engineering and Network Implementation as well as senior General Manager roles in Corporate Procurement and B2B Marketing at Bell Canada. Allen has also completed several mandates on the International scene through successful assignments as executive management advisor in Saudi Arabia, Algeria and Trinidad and Tobago. Allen graduated from St-Lawrence College of Applied Arts and Technology with a Civil Engineering Technology degree and has successfully completed a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) program at the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University in Montreal.
 
 
Yaser Yousef : Chief Technology Officer
  Yaser Yousef is a senior manager and network architect with over 20 years of Telecom and IT experience and extensive experience in business and system analysis and software system design in telecommunications industry. His expertise covers telecom network design, process and procedures and reengineering, OSS system architecture and design and data modeling.
 
 
Gamal Metwally Vice President, Software Products and Services
  Gamal Metwally has over 15 years experience in software products. He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication from the University of Alexandria. Gamal Metwally held progressive senior positions in software development, integration, testing, operations, product management and project management at IBM and Nortel Networks.
 
 
Ashraf Fayed : Vice President - Deputy General Manager, KSA
  Ashraf Fayed is an accomplished professional with over 15 years of leadership and international project management experience in Telecommunications and IT with telecom industry leaders including AT&T Canada, Bell Canada, Saudi Telecom and Mobily. He holds a B.Sc. in Electronics and Telecommunication. He has strong experience in Telecom design, Business Process Re-Engineering and Project and Business Management experience in both public and private sector with key emphasis infrastructure management, telecommunications, vendor management and program management.

Adel Zaghloul : Director
  Adel Zaghloul is former CEO of Electro Cable and has extensive senior management experience. In 1988, he joined General Electric where he was Sales Manager and later Executive of the Middle East & Africa Region. In 1997, he pursued a challenging position as CEO of Ghabbour, the largest truck, bus and car manufacturer in Egypt. Adel joined Olympia Group in 1999 where he was CEO. Mr. Zaghloul has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cairo.
 
 
Dr. Zafar Farooqui : Director
  Dr. Farooqui has over 30 years of experience as a senior engineering analyst for major North American organizations. He has been involved in modeling, safety and the development of new concepts.
 
 
Kristine Lewis : Director
  Kristine Lewis has extensive experience in the management and operation in the IT and telecom industry. She has been involved in the management of NTG since its foundation in 1992.
 
 
The Honourable Sinclair Stevens : Director
  A partner in the law firm of Stevens & Stevens based in Newmarket, Ontario. Chairman of the Commonwealth Advantage, a non-profit organization. Former Minister of Regional and Industrial Expansion and Chairman of the Cabinet Committee on Economic and Regional Development, 1984 to 1986. Member of Parliament elected in the riding of York Peel in 1979, 1980, and 1984.

Tony Cassetta : Member of the Advisory Board
  Tony Cassetta is the President and CEO of A.S. Cassetta Consulting, a consulting business focused on assessing corporate business plans, product portfolios and organizational effectiveness in the telecom and information services business segments. He has a 30 year history in telecommunications and is recognized as an executive with profit focus in both the domestic and international marketplaces and proven leadership, organizational and operations experience. Prior to founding A.S. Cassetta Consulting, Tony Cassetta was the President & COO/CEO of C1 Communications, President & COO of Fundy Communications (sold to Shaw Communications) and held progressively senior executive positions with Bell Canada. He graduated from Ryerson University's Finance and Marketing Program in 1971 and has also completed the Executive Development Program at Queen's University.
 
 
 
Edmund (Ted) Chislett : Member of the Advisory Board
  Ted Chislett is the President of Primus Telecommunications (Canada), a total service provider offering bundled Internet, e-commerce, data, web hosting, virtual private network, voice and other value added services as well as being the second largest alternative provider of long distance in Canada. Prior to Primus he founded and led VisionTel, a reseller of long distance services. Previously he was the Director of Research and Development, and later General Manager of Rogers Communications Network Services. Ted Chislett holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business (University of Western Ontario) and an Engineering Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
 
 
 
Nick Hamilton-Piercy : Member of the Advisory Board
  Nick Hamilton-Piercy's principal retainer is as Senior Technology Advisor for Rogers Cable Inc., where he is responsible for advising the corporation on technology directions and programs. He has been in the telecommunications industry since 1954 and with Rogers for over 27 years. Before joining Rogers in 1974, he was with the Canadian Marconi Company for 12 years, Marconi-Elliot UK for 6 years as a member of the engineering consulting team, and Spembly Limited for 1 year. He graduated as a Chartered Engineer from the Medway College of Technology in Chatham, England, in 1961 where he specialized in electrical engineering. He is a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE); a Senior Member of the Society of Cable Television Engineers (SCTE); a member of the SCTE and NCTA Engineering Committees; a member of Canadian Digital Television Inc. Technical Subcommittee; and technical editorial boards of several trade magazines/journals.
 
 
 
George E. Harvey : Member of the Advisory Board
  George E. Harvey retired from AT&T Canada, effective July 14, 2000, where he held the position of President Business Services, since January 1996. AT&T Canada was formerly Unitel Communications Inc. prior to 1996. Mr. Harvey brought 26 years of experience in the computer and telecommunications industries when he joined Unitel in 1987. As President and Chief Executive Officer of Unitel, and briefly Chairman and Vice-Chair, he was instrumental in leading the fight that ultimately caused the 100-year-old monopoly of the Canadian telephone companies to be ended in June 1992.
 
 
 
Roger Mahabir : Member of the Advisory Board
  Roger Mahabir is the President of Technology Innovations Inc., a successful Information Technology Services and Consulting firm. He is recognized as one of the industry's top CIOs having served in senior executive positions including four CIO roles with Fortune 50 companies in Financial Services Government Manufacturing and Retail. He serves on the boards of several community and business organizations. His systems work for innovation and delivery has won international acclaim and been recognized by several organizations including ComputerWorld, CIPA and the Smithsonian.
 
 
 
Paul Nelson : Member of the Advisory Board
  Paul Nelson is a leader in the field of technology and has held executive positions in the telecommunications, airline and rail industries. He recently retired from Rogers AT&T Wireless as the CIO and Senior Vice President Information Technology, but continues as a consultant to Rogers in Canada and to KPMG in the United States. Active in industry associations, Paul is a former Vice-Chairman of the Canadian Business Telecommunications Alliance (CBTA) Executive Council and Past Chairman of the Communications Competition Coalition. He was elected to the Canadian Information Productivity Awards (CIPA) Hall of Fame in 1995 and his Information Technology team at Rogers won two national productivity awards. Paul has also been a guest lecturer at the University of Toronto Graduate School of Engineering and The International Aviation Management Training Institute. He also serves on the University of Toronto Information Engineering Advisory Board. In November 2001, Paul was named as Chairman of the CIPA National Judging Committee.
 
 
 
David Pasieka : Member of the Advisory Board
  David Pasieka is an experienced general manager with extensive expertise in start-up, integration of merged businesses and re-engineered technology companies. He has 20 years of progressive senior management experience within the telecommunications industry including Bell Canada from 1980 to 1989, CNCP/Unitel/ATT Canada from 1989 to 1996. During this time frame he has held senior level positions in Network & Customer Services, Sales, Marketing, Strategy and Business Planning. David Pasieka was Vice President and General Manager at MetroNet Communications from 1996 to 1999. From 2000 to 2001 he was Executive Lead of Corporate Integration and Senior Vice President of Application Hosting and IT at 724 Solutions Inc. He obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree at the University of Waterloo and has his Master of Business Administration from York University.
 
 
 
Jean Taillon : Member of the Advisory Board
  Jean Taillon is a senior executive with over 17 years experience in the telecommunications and hi-tech fields. Jean is currently the Vice President of Operations for Bell Canada. He brings to this position progressive telecommunications experience, having held the post of Senior Vice President of Customer Service at AT&T Canada as well as senior roles in Marketing, Sales & Operations at AT&T Canada, Motorola and Northern Telecom. He holds a Master Degree in Engineering as well as an Executive MBA from the University of Toronto.
 
 
 
Ashok Bhatt : Member of the Advisory Board
  Ashok Bhatt has over 30 years executive experience in telecom/IT sectors in different corporate environments (Bell Canada, Bell Sygma, Bell International- Brazil, and Group Telecom). He is a strategic thinker with an outstanding track record of successfully managing Corporate Telecom/IT Divisions at national and international levels, significantly improving financial performance. Ashok received B.Eng. degree from Indian Institute of Science and M.Eng. degree from Dalhousie University, Canada.
